back from the (un)dead
Jan. 29th, 2010 06:10 pm# Hiatus times are over. So, uhm, hi. What are you all up to these days? *waves*
# You know what's also over and done with? Written exams, and studying the whole frigging night to cram as much knowledge as possible into my head. Yay times! Orals are up next, not so much yay for that. But, I do get a few days off before studying my heart out for those, so.
# Eljay is sloooow tonight, isn't it?
# Movie times!!! Avatar 3D tomorrow - I think I'm one out of two people in the world who haven't had the pleasure of watching it. Also: SHERLOCK HOLMES SOON; ASKDKKJ!
# Porn Battle IX is up and running over at Dreamwidth; I kinda hope I'll manage to finish my entry before the deadline. Man, I just thrive under pressure. Heh.
# Totally random but true: there needs to be more Glee in my life.
# Oh German television, just how lame have you become? Supernatural season three starts here in March. *facepalm*
# In conclusion: PUDDING! Oh Dean, you silly adorkable boy, you.
And now I'll catch up with comments and stuff. :)

Date: 2010-02-15 10:04 pm (UTC)Oh I wish you good luck for studying. Must be hard learning so much stuff!!
I looooved the last 2 episodes, esp. the last one. Cas eating? That was the best thing ever, although Dean broke my heart. again.
It's even worse now that we'll have to wait 6 weeks, damn network!
I'll definitely give Glee a chance.
I hope you're good ♥

Date: 2010-02-17 05:27 pm (UTC)Awww, thanks for the good wishes, they're really appreciated. ♥ The studying itself isn't too bad - it's trying to keep all the knowledge in my memory that's driving me crazy. But, a lot of that knowledge is incorporated in my daily work, so that helps memorizing it.
Ooooh yeah, those last episodes...! I loved them so much, especially My Bloody Valentine. Cas eating and laughing were the best things ever (even though it makes me a little sad for him, he's getting more human all the time, and I'm not sure he'll handle it well)! And yes, poor Dean, he's suffering so much. :/ Famine's little speech to him reminded me a lot of Buffy in season 6 - the whole dead inside thing and even the phrase "going through the motions"...
It's such fun to have a chance to talk to you again! ♥

Date: 2010-02-20 10:46 pm (UTC)Thank you, am feeling the same way ♥ especially because I have no-one in real life to share my squees about this show. Aw SPN is always making me happy and sad at the same time.
Yes I have spring break but sadly I have a lot to do, most important thing is writing my thesis urgh.
Keeping all that knowledge. Yes I think I wouldn't be able to do this. In my studies we don't have to learn very much, we rather make practical projects so I think my memorizing is a bit rusty.
Oh Buffy season 6, I loved that SO much! It's also the only season I watched completely. It was so awesome when Buffy told Spike that she was in heaven and everything was fine until her friends brought her back.
I thought about the dead inside thing and I wonder if Dean's soul can be fixed. I mean he was dead twice and in hell, that leaves scars for sure.
oh Dean ♥

Date: 2010-02-21 10:15 am (UTC)Buffy season 6 was awesome, in retrospect I think it's the season I loved best. After that, I quickly lost interest, and almost all of the episodes that still stand out in my memory are set in season 6.
Poor Dean! I've had the same thought - maybe he's already broken beyond repair, the poor boy. I kinda hope that Michael will fix him. After all, he did say he wouldn't leave Dean a drooling mess after wearing him, so I hope that includes Dean's soul, too. Or maybe not, if Michael is anything like his brothers. But then there's always Cas, and I bet he'd be willing to do some fixing... ;p

Date: 2010-02-21 01:13 pm (UTC)I have to make a thesis and a project which is way more important. My thesis will be about japanese movies (I'll start tomorrow... well I plan to) and my project will be a short film but I still haven't decided the topic. Yeah that's it.

Date: 2010-02-21 01:51 pm (UTC)I love the Japanese culture! I haven't seen too many Japanese movies, but the ones I watched were really, really good. Can your short film be on any topic that you like, or does it have to match your thesis?

Date: 2010-02-23 11:37 am (UTC)I really wonder what will happen to Cas in this and the next season.
Me too, I have been twice to Japan some years ago, it was really impressing and I so loved it there.
Yes my short film can be about anything that's the problem lol.
I think I have to meditate about this.

Date: 2010-02-23 08:33 pm (UTC)How awesome is that?! Do you have pictures? What did you see? Man, I'd just love to go there some time.
As for the short film, maybe you should just make a brain storming for ideas, and then throw them all into a hat and pull one out at random... ;p

Date: 2010-02-24 12:24 pm (UTC)I have some pictures somewhere but you know they aren't digital, it's years ago. Now I would take so so many pics, it's just that easy with a digital camera.
